- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Singapore- Team and Role Introduction:

- The role of Transport Associate (TA) requires one to be adaptable to changes in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The TA will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners at the cross-docks. The TA who will be the main representative of RedMart at the cross-dock, is required to give the cross-dock management timely, accurate updates and visibility on their performance.**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities Compliance Accountability and enforcement
- To enforce compliance to regulations and SOPs set out for the cross-docks and for Last Mile operations: o Cold Chain non-complianceo Improper handling of shipmentso Safety issues (eg. Improper usage of MHEs, PPE)Monitoring Day-to-Day Last Mile operations - Supervise and direct activities for Last Mile delivery operations- Ensuring all routes are attended to by their respective Delivery Representatives (DRs)on time
- Liaise with the in-house Driver fleets and Routing team for ad-hoc exigencies
- Oversee Day-to-Day operations done by the 3PLs and measure their overall performance and growth with the main operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Delivery on time
- Failed Deliveries
- Short Ships
- Late Deliveries / Early Deliveries
- Customer SatisfactionCross-functional collaboration with Teams
- To work with cross-functional teams to meet set targets for Last Mile 3PLs
- Work with the Training team to create onboarding programs and materials for 3PLs to adhere to for new DRs
- Work with Quality Assurance Team to ensure 3PLs are maintaining the quality of RedMart’s products / Shipments during delivery
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team for any major escalations pertaining to Last Mile 3PL DRsRelationship Management with 3PLs
- Build a working relationship and rapport with Last Mile 3PLs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in last mile perf

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

- **Requirements**:
- Have at least 2-4 years of experience in Transport or Logistics with a focus on Last Mile Operations
- A good understanding of warehousing and transport operations
- Possess an analytical mind to derive trends from data and reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to draft reports and memorandums
- Able to work on rotating day shifts
