If you have a passion for customer service and logistics, this is your opportunity to be part of an exciting industryJob Responsibilities ✅ Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.✅ Process bookings for collection and delivery through our system for priority clients.✅ Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer orders to ensure timely delivery.✅ Offer shipment support and resolve delivery-related issues.✅ Generate and compile monthly reports for management.✅ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards.✅ Work closely with the customer service team to provide full support to clients.✅ Coordinate with the operations team for daily collections and deliveries.✅ Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor and Customer Service Manager.✅ Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.Requirements Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma in any discipline.Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) .Prior experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or shipping (preferred but not required).Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided .Why Join Us? ✨ Competitive salary and benefits✨ Career growth opportunities✨ Friendly and supportive work environment
