We are currently looking for a motivated, contemporary leader to elevate our operations. Applicants should additionally, be hands-on in filling areas for the team to ensure that quality service is provided to our customers.

Job Scope
- Leading the Logistics team in strategic planning and managing all incoming and outgoing shipping of finished goods
- Inventory management - Maintain accurate inventory records & provide KPI to monitor inventory
- Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies, initiate and implement operational policies and procedures
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to obtain best price and availability of materials
- Analysing data to prioritize improvement opportunities in lead time, inventory requirements, order fulfilment costs closely with planner
- Manage individuals across the sub functions of planning, inventory control, procurement, and warehousing

Skill Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Min 5 years’ experience in Logistics and at least 2 years in Supervisory position in Logistics/ Last Mile environment
- Have a thorough knowledge in ISO 9000 or ISO 13485
- Must be prepared to work in a start-up environment.
- Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
- Able to develop in-depth technical related trouble shooting skills and exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- Good verbal, interpersonal and team communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with mínimal guidance

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform the necessary job functions consistent safely and successfully with state and local guidelines,

including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain routine, punctual attendance undeviating to company guidelines

Salary Range:
$5,000 to $6,000
