**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver professional and high-quality service experience.
- Proactively identify customers’ needs and attend to their feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
- Drive efforts to improve operational processes and systems to increase customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Enrolment team and provide regular feedback and insights to increase enrolment and retain students.
- Conduct administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure proper check-in management is practised at the centres.
- Assist with crowd management during peak periods.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in operations and customer service
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and positive-minded
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Required to work on one weekend per week (either Sat or Sun)
- Prior experience in the private education industry would be an added advantage
