Requirements:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints
- Address customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up until issues are resolved
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Record all incoming enquiries accurately, including caller details (name, company, position, contact information) for follow-up by the Business Development team
- Oversee and coordinate collection schedules, purchase orders, and related operational activities
- Prepare and manage administrative tasks such as customer billing, issuing service engagement forms (SEF/eSEF), compliance documentation, and monthly customer reports
- Support the Customer Service Manager in driving customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and suggesting process enhancements
- Maintain and update the customer and prospect database to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Liaise closely with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Billing, and Site Operations) to ensure timely and accurate waste collection and service fulfillment
Responsibilities:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
