Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor freight network and pattern for import/export & transshipment by sea or road based on the shipping instructions
- Establish SOP with service providers and customers
- Review all transportation options to ensure a competitive cost model for Ocean and Land freight activities
- Ensure maintenance of system database to manage effectively carrier relationship, performance, contractual and volume commitments, rates and service levels
- Performance Analysis of freight and customs service providers through KPI reporting Tools and Exception Reporting
- Conduct periodic service review and competitive rates benchmarking
- Preparing Permit, Billing and verifying all costing.
- Arrange booking and Coordinate shipment with customers/co-loaders and carriers.
- Prepare Certificate of origin/Form E.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- “O” level or Diploma in Logistics, Business or Engineering
- Min 2 years’ experience in import/export, shipping documentation, warehousing or logistics
- Previous exposure to international markets/culture, able to communicate and relate effectively to overseas customers/partners/colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
