Business Development Manager - International Markets

Location: Based in China, India, Indonesia, or Vietnam (Remote)

We are expanding our international footprint and looking for passionate, driven Business Development Managers to help us grow our presence in key markets: China, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of LSBF Singapore in your country. You’ll build strong partnerships, promote our programs, and help students discover life-changing opportunities to study in Singapore.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with local education agents, institutions, and stakeholders to promote LSBF Singapore’s programs.
- Drive student enrolment targets through effective relationship-building, market insights, and promotional activities.
- Recruit and onboard new agents, ensuring they understand LSBF’s offerings and comply with EduTrust standards.
- Track agent performance using analytics and feedback tools. Share insights and reports with the Singapore team regularly.
- Represent LSBF at education fairs, webinars, and other outreach events to raise brand awareness and attract interest.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of student contracts and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct student surveys and use insights to enhance the student journey and strengthen partner relationships.

Who You Are
- A degree holder with 3-5 years of experience in business development, education services, or international marketing.
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiar with the education landscape in your country and passionate about helping students succeed.
