
Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to attract new clients and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective lead generation campaigns.
- Present proposals and pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our recruitment services.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development activities, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a business development role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
