Brand & Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a self-starting, energetic individual to join our team in a **flexi-time, work-from-home position (4-5 days/week)** to lead and support **business development and marketing efforts across B2B and B2C channels**. You’ll play a vital role in planning and executing initiatives to grow brand presence, expand into new markets, and promote our products to a wider audience.
This role suits someone who is entrepreneurial, independent, and eager to wear multiple hats - from digital marketing and brand campaigns to retailer management and markets development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing
- Manage our presence across digital platforms and oversee content creation
2. Brand Management & Marketing Campaigns
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Conceptualize and launch marketing and trade marketing campaigns
- Identify advertising, sponsorship, and brand partnership opportunities
3. Business Development
- Maintain and grow relationships with distributors and retail partners, both online and offline
- Identify and pursue new distribution and sales opportunities
- Support regulatory registration and market entry processes
4. Events Management
- Identify and manage participation in events/exhibitions for awareness and lead generation
- Represent the brand at events—engaging with customers and closing leads
5. Supplier Management
- Work alongside Logistics team to liaise with vendors and suppliers for manufacturing runs and development of packaging
6. Administrative & Logistics Support
- Occasionally assist with warehouse coordination and logistics during leave coverage only
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
