As MineSec continues to grow, we’re in search of an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The role is with the mission to support the growth of MineSec business, new **Payment Platform as a Servic**e **(PPaaS**) offerings, explore new business opportunities and achieve business target. The role will report to VP, Sales and Business Develope**nt.**
**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at MineSec SoftPOS. The role involves developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales initiatives. While the role is located in Singapore, remote work flexibility is availble.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintaining relations with the stakeholders including clients, card schemes and parners
- Work with internal teams such as the Sales, Marketing and Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.
- Plan and execute sales and business development strategies dfined
- Meet and exceed KPIs and business developmenttargets
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offerings and value prposition
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opprtunities
- Manage and acquire strong sales pipelines through business developmentactivities
- Be a brand ambassador and always reflect comany values
- As the business development lead for ASEAN and GCNA region to acquire new clients and partner. And take new business development activities for some new marke when needed
- Engage with the network schemes and to initiate with business and solution iea with them.
- Participate trade show and events to engage cliens and partners
- Work with Product team to design the GTM strategy of new offerings and product of the company
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, or IT or Equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities in English and Chinese. Proficiency in other Asian Laguages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of payment ecosystem especially credit card offlin and online payment
- Passionate about FinTech ad Payment technology
- Good understanding of payment security standards such asPCI DSS, PCI MPoC etc
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to alance multiple tasks
- Self-motivated team player - able to work independently as well as partnering with, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Can-do attitude
- Min 5 years solid experience in payment industry and good track record in business development
- Ability to talk to C-levels
- With regional exposure in ASEAN and Greater China.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
