**Job Description & Requirements**
**RECRUITMENT**
- Conducts screening, schedule interviews.
- Performs reference checks (where necessary) of newly hired employees in accordance with established policy.
- Prepares Letter of Appointment.
- Conducts orientation programme for all new recruits.
- Monitors probationary period, prepares Confirmation Form & Letter.
- Prepares Letters to effect salary changes to Payroll.
- Co-ordinates training attachment.
**COMPENSATION**
- Conducts regular benchmarking and market comparison.
- Distributes/collects all Annual Performance Appraisal Forms.
- Administer the range of fringe benefits for different categories of staff in accordance with the Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
**LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT**
- Develop On-Job-Training (OJT) for various Departments.
- Conduct company-wide Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).
- Administers, prepare and maintain records of all Training Grant (TG) and Absentee Payroll (AP) submissions, claims and reimbursements through Skills Connect for all training conducted.
- Registering of individual staff to Courses after due approval.
- Processing of Training Invoices, claims and Certificate of Attendance (COA) / Statement of Attainment (SOA), ensuring update of registry and filing.
**Requirements**:
Diploma / Degree in HRM or relevant qualification.
At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
Able to speak English and Mandarin and able to write Mandarin is required to liase with Mandarin speaking employees.
Organised, meticulous, proactive and strong team player.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill and able to engage employee effectively.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
