Job Descriptions

HR Operations

  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employment contracts, licenses , and certifications.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

Performance Management

  • Manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Work with department heads to set KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Recommend promotions, transfers, and training based on performance evaluations.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs for staff and arrange relevant internal or external programs.
  • Ensure mandatory certifications (e.g., safety training, WSQ courses) are up to date.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, safety and employment laws, and industry requirements.
  • Prepare HR report and liaise with government bodies (e.g., MOM, BCA).

HR Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support organizational change and restructuring efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple site/project HR needs.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software is an advantage.
