We are a small company that Buy, Sell, Trade-In all brands of New or Used Microscopes.

We specialised in Service, Repair, Re-Calibration of all Kinds of Optical Miroscopes & Instruments.

Our customers industries are mainly from Schools, Government, Hospitals etc.

We are looking for cheerful, responsible and proactive Part-Time Office Admin to support company business in servicing and repairs of microscopes.
- Answer and direct phone calls and attend to visitors in office.
- Preparation of quotations, invoices, and statement to clients upon request
- Follow up with customers on the status of the quotations, invoices submitted to them.
- Submission of e-invoices to respective payment platform to process payment for services rendered to customer premises.
- Update the maintenance service dates on a regular basis and inform service teams if changes are required.
- Upkeep receipts for all expenses for year-end submission to company accountant
- Maintain proper documentations for receipt of payments from customers or payment to vendors.
- Upkeep of social medial platform e.g., Facebook, Carousel, company webpages etc.
- Respond to queries from social medial platform.
- Responsible for job portal posting, queries, shortlisting, and arrangement of interviews.
- Troubleshoot of technical issues with desktop, printers, phones etc.
- Managed and maintaining of vendor listing and liaise with respective if needed.
- Any other work assigned by your immediate supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- With or without experience. Training will be provided for those without experience.
- 5 days’ work week (9am to 6pm) - Part-time basis. Flexible working arrangement.
- Senior and Students are welcome.
- Able to speak, write and understand Chinese as need to liaise with China counterparts or vendors in China.
- Preferably IT Savvy and familiar with social medial platforms.
- Able to think out of the box and work independently.
- Local residence preferred as no quota for foreign applicants.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
