We are actively looking for Finance and Admin Assistant with good experience in MS office, such as excel and PowerPoint and sharepoint one of our globally recognized clients in Singapore.
Responsibilties:
- Prepare financial data and expenses tracking.
- Support the team in administrative and prepare management decks
- Perform GL reconciliation and breaks investigation, ensuring adjustments are performed timely.
- Identify and perform risk review
- Set up SOP and Risk Control assessment
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance or any other related fields.
- Proficient in MS office, such as excel and PowerPoint and sharepoint.
Work Location : Central CBD.
