Full-time Personal Admin Assistant for a Director

We are looking for an energetic, organized and self-efficient individual to join our team as a Personal Admin Assistant.
**Expected Remuneration**
- $2,500 and above
- CPF contribution is provided
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in documentation and data entry
- Assist in policy processing, renewals and endorsements
- Sales preparation
- After sales documentations
- Recruitment’s admin work
- Ad hoc administrative duties
**Qualifications**
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Pro-active with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word and Excel
- Mandarin speaking required, as we have a lot of senior clients who can only converse in Mandarin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
