Professional business management and consultancy firm located at Telok Ayer Street.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform daily office administration, HR/personnel matters and reception duties.

Manage MD's timesheet, calendar, appointments, file views and screen calls

Attend to vendors and contractors

Data entries and daily staff attendance

Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies

Assist other departments and support business needs

Be point of contact for internal and external parties.

Requirement

2-3 years secretarial/PA, office admin and/or human resource work experiences

Proficient in MS Word, Excel

Must have initiative, proactive and ability to work independently

9am to 6pm Mon to Fri (2 hours duty one Saturday monthly)

Salary upto $3,500/month
