**Responsibilities**:
- Supports the SHHQ CIO for admin matters including calendar management.
- Support the team in tracking all CIO Office matters including project, change requests, user requests, approval meetings, adhoc assignments, issue tracking and documentation.
- Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
- Support IT processes, documentation and activities.
- Support the Financial budgeting and workplan gathering, analysis and tracking.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma holder with 1-2 years’ experience in supporting large organisations in administrative matters.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication for english mínimally.
- Self motivated, driven, a good team player with strong ability to multi task.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good ability to canvass ideas and influence stakeholders.
