We are looking for a driven, fun loving and meticulous E-commerce Executive / Junior Manager to support our e-commerce brands Naked Blend and A Pet Story.

**Job Function & Responsibilities**
- Manage day to day orders on E-commerce site and work alongside with logistics team
- Reply to distributor’s and customer enquiries
- Maintain website and work with website designer/developer to ensure the website is functioning well
- Manage relationship with distributors and also expand new lines of distributions
- Work on new product launches with the HQ team and CEO and see conceptualisation to launch
- Work on event production projects from sourcing quotation, quotation preparation, to execution for product launches
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams and consolidate relevant project information
- Keep track of event production and set up a plan
- Oversee production, installation, and on-site setup and tear down by vendors
- Facilitate set up by external sponsors
- Plan and booking of venues for events
- Liaison with event venue owners for necessary documentation
- Assist in projects as and when required.

**Job Details**
- Support e-commerce day to day operations
- Organise, plan, execute and participate marketing events
- Work with Marketing Manager to manage the marketing event plans and works closely with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.
- Detailed, resourceful and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to react quickly to deviations in the event plans.
- During product launches - is able to work in a flexible workweek, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, and is comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the nature of the events.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma / or relevant experience will suffice
- Relevant e-commerce experience or operations experience in exhibitions/ events
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to multi-task and follow tight schedules
- Proactive and meticulous
- Willing to work outside of normal office hours and on weekends for events.

*Currently not accepting S or WP PASS as we do not have quota at the moment

Salary**:$2,300.00 - $2,800.00** per month (Based on experience~)+ Bonus
