**Responsibilities**:

- Ecommerce:_
- Online sales channels/marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, etc.
- Handle new item set up on all online sales channels (category, product/logistics, pricing, images, and marketing content)
- Maintains the product listing on websites/platforms and ensures all contents are updated and complies with brand guidelines
- Provide recommendations related to competitive product offers, pricing, content, and consumer engagement
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure orders are packed and shipped successfully
- Marketing & Business Development:_
- Manage company social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, IG, YouTube, etc.) and online platforms, branding & PR
- Manage, coordinate and plan webinars/live stream/videos
- Planning media and sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - online media and off-line media local, regional, national, and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the campaign/event
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, process flow, system enhancements, and handling customer issues
- Work closely with Operations Manager and Marketing Manager on conducting market research to determine the market requirements for existing and future products and services
- Source for potential collaboration partners to generate new business opportunities
- Source for manufacturers and suppliers to optimize product development and packaging design
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
Job Requirements:

- Minimum 1-year relevant hands-on work experience in a similar capacity in the healthcare/retail/EC environment
- Proficiency in English and preferably in Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Added advantage if proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.
- Able to multi-task with strong organizational skills

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,800.00 per month
