The E-Commerce Specialist will be working closely with the Head of E-commerce Dept for the growth of the e-Commerce business channels by enhancing customer experience, marketing campaigns, managing customer order fulfilment, managing the day-to-day content related activities of the digital channels, oversee onsite performance and optimization, ensuring best user experience on our e-Commerce platforms with the latest content and features according to local campaigns and global product launches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all e-Commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada,, Zalora, Qoo10, and other websites and potential platforms.
- Manage product listing, price points and inventory levels for all e-Commerce sales channels
- Fulfilling daily orders from all our various e-Commerce platforms
- Track customer returns, refunds, defects, and respond to customer complaints.
- Online portal maintenance including but not limited to items daily maintenance, stock management, campaign execution
- Devise and implement new ideas for marketing campaigns
- Ensure functionality of all e-platforms on a daily basis by doing website checks
- Manage local SEO content/ Keyword strategy, specific to market & language and local language search dictionaries
- Study consumer & competitors’ behavior to develop sales & marketing strategies
- Consolidating sales performance of e-Commerce platforms for reporting and recommendations
- Assist to conceptualize, develop and execute ideas for marketing campaigns
**Job Requirements**:

- Team-oriented with a good ability to interact with team members and partners across functions and levels
- An engaged team player with a positive mindset.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Effective multi-tasker with good attention to details
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Working Days: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm. Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Medical Allowance provided

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
