**About the Role**:
Essen is looking for a dedicated E-commerce Manager to oversee and expand our online retail presence. This role will be pivotal in establishing and managing our e-commerce operations, driving online sales, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and our own online store.
- Ensure accurate and updated product information, pricing, and availability.
- Analyze e-commerce metrics and provide regular reports on sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and areas for improvement in our e-commerce operations.
- Establish efficient workflows for order management, customer service, and product updates.
- Suggest new tools, platforms, or partnerships to enhance e-commerce capabilities and overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of basic e-commerce best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Required languages: English. Mandarin will be advantageous to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

**Salary**:$2,200 - $2,600

**Position Type**: Full-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
