We are seeking a proactive, results-driven **E-commerce Sales Specialist** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for customers, guiding them from initial inquiry to the completion of the sale. This hands-on position offers excellent opportunities for growth and the ability to make a direct impact on the company’s success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drive Sales Performance**: Actively engage with incoming leads, negotiating and delivering tailored product quotations to close deals efficiently and effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and recommending the right semiconductor parts to meet their business requirements.
- **After-Sales Support**: Provide outstanding post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of customer orders.
- **Sales Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to generate management reports.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- **Self-Starter Attitude**: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of the sales process from start to finish.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A dedicated customer-first mindset with a strong focus on follow-through and problem-solving.
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with clients in the US, China, and Taiwan.

**Nice to Have**:

- **Industry Experience**: Experience in the semiconductor industry or familiarity with industrial/B2B sales.
- **E-Commerce Expertise**: Familiarity with online platforms like eBay or other digital sales channels.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

- 13th month salary
