E-commerce & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly-motivated, sales-oriented individual to oversee and manage our online presence on our website, third-party e-commerce platforms, including Lazada and Shopee, and to run our socials (Instagram, Telegram & Tiktok). The E-Commerce/Social Media Manager will be responsible for growing our online presence & brand reach, driving online sales, optimizing & ensuring that product listings are up to date, and maintaining a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media**:

- Manage monthly content calendars to highlight specific promotions, products & brands
- Create engaging content (including shooting product & lifestyle images) for our social media platforms
- Manage & draw from our brand assets to populate our social media platforms.
- Commit to developing & maintaining a high level of brand awareness and product knowledge when promoting our products on social media.
- Develop & execute ideas for social media promotions, giveaways and specials to increase sales & visibility.

**Product Management**:

- Upload new products and maintain the product catalog on Lazada, Shopee, and our website.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility.
- Regularly update product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability.

**Promotions Management**:

- Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns on Lazada, Shopee, and our website that are in line with our brand image.
- Coordinate with the marketing & warehouse team to develop attractive offers and discounts.
- Monitor the performance of promotions and adjust strategies as needed to maximize sales.

**Customer Service**:

- Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, product information, and general inquiries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

**Analytics**:

- Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, website traffic, and other key metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve e-commerce strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Marketing**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies & material to drive traffic and sales on e-commerce platforms.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to enhance online visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials that are in line with our brand image.

These responsibilities are not exhaustive and other tasks may be assigned as needed to support the overall objectives of the company.

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- Diploma or university degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies, social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- High English proficiency and strong writing & copywriting skills.
- Competency with the foundations of aesthetic & design principles.
- Proactive, driven and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Willing to learn, grow and be flexible and adaptable

Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
