**The role we are hiring for**
This role reports directly to the Team Lead, Business Office, Medical Services
A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
**Responsibilities**
- Accurately submit necessary claims via national, Insurance or DA platforms.
- Handles registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medication and consumables, payment collection and discharging.
- Assist with preparatory work and on the day operations for on-site health-screening events.
- Assist with preparatory work for the doctors and nurses across various channels within medical services.
- Assist in generating and sending of medical reports to clients and uploading to various DA Platforms.
- Updating of internal tracking and monitoring systems for easy reference for other users within medical services team.
- Deployments to various divisions within Medical Services to support day-to-day operations.
- Assist with logistics handling across Medical Services channels including liaising on the delivery of medication to patients, stock take, organizing and restocking of drugs and consumables and any other items required.
- Responsible for self-development by attending in-house courses during working or non-working hours.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
**Requirements**:
- Having good usage of Plato knowledge is advantageous.
- Meticulous and a keen eye for details
- To be considered for the senior position:
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
- Good track record of customer service is requested.
- Intermediate to advance google or Microsoft suite services is requested.
- Good knowledge of medical insurance and national claim process is advantageous
- Some medical knowledge (medication and consumables) is advantageous
- Have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
- Experience of working within a tech start-up and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
