Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for planning? We're looking for a skilled professional to be part of our Global Sales & Operations Planning in WS Audiology. Through this role, you will develop and improve our processes in operations for a smoother delivery

The role will be located at our Singapore office at 18 Tai Seng Street.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and optimize Forecasting and Inventory processes, procedures, and reports
- Generate insights from internal and external data sources, to improve the Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Optimizations
- Guide and participate in projects to improve data quality, business insights or new data.
- Perform analyses including data identification, collection, integration, and presentation
- Develop and improve controlling tools and analytical KPI reports
- Support and contribute to process and report optimizations on S&OP, conduct ad hoc tasks and analysis when necessary

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics and other related Studies.
- Minimum 3+ years of working experience in demand, supply planning / logistics/ inventory management or related fields in mid
- to large-scale international organization
- Good understanding of business analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel VBA, or others
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on forecast models and methods, supply chain processes and practices experience will be an added advantage
