- Position Title**:Shipping Officer/ Shipping Assistant**:

- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (8.30 am - 5.45 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic**:

- Duration: 6 months contract

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to gather the necessary information and documents for shipments
- Preparing and processing customs documents, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, insurance certificates and other required documents
- Generating and reviewing bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping documents
- Verifying the accuracy of shipping information and documents
- Filing and maintaining records of shipping documents
- Preparing Certificate of Origin, customs/insurance declaration
- Ensuring timely submission, status tracking of all shipping documents, and preparing necessary reports
- Daily reporting of completed and outstanding jobs/tasks to the manager.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager/management.
