Oversee HR team and HR-related matters.
- Assist in full spectrum of HR services including manpower sourcing, engagement and onboarding, etc. whenever required.
- Conduct HR orientation for all new hires in the region; including policy overviews and new hire documents
- Maintaining and up-keeping of HR documents and forms like employment contracts, employee handbooks, and HR policies and procedures
- Liaising with external partners for internship programme
- Ensure that all Payroll matters and Personal Administration processes are efficient and secure
- Partnering with management and teams to enhance work environment & relationships, drive engagement and increase productivity
- Implementing performance appraisals, training and feedback across the offices in line with local/regional HR standards
- _Develop and implementation of HR policies and processes _
- _Identify and recommend changes according to legislation and regulatory updates, workforce needs and labour trends _
- _Strategic workforce planning and preparations of hiring forecasts _
- _Participate in employees’ evaluation, performance reviews and salary review _
- Supervise the HR executive for daily HR operation from payroll, statutory submission, employment pass, etc
- Prepare & present monthly HR report
- Create a positive and cohesive working environment
- Recommend HR process improvements
- Key Requirements _
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Human Resources, Management or equivalent _
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management with experience in strategic planning and people management _
- Well organised and meticulous in handling documents _
- Performance management _
- Sound knowledge of local employment laws and regulations _
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively network with internal and external stakeholders, and build positive relationships _
- Experience working in Tech industry, fast-growing start up environment _
- IHRP-CP or IHRP-MP preferred. _
- Preferably able to commence work within short notice_
