This is a 1 year contract position and opportunity for renewal or conversion.
Working Location : Ubi, walking distance to Tai Seng MRT
Working hours: Monday to Friday ( 8.30am to 5.30pm)
**Responsibilities.**
- Oversee daily administrative functions, including document management, meeting arrangements, office supply inventory, and coordination with external vendors.
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding and offboarding, maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel records, and ensure the HR database is current.
- Administer employee leave, payroll processing, and benefits coordination to support smooth HR operations.
- Manage company assets and ensure HR and administrative policies are accurately maintained and clearly communicated across the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative and HR roles
- Familiar with Singapore employment regulations, HR best practices and MOM requirements
- Proficient in MS office ( word, excel, outlook), experience in HRIS system is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and meticulous, handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple task efficiently
