HR Assistant Manager

- Oversee all hiring and selection process
- In charge of all HR related duties and work within the allocated budget
- Timely processing of the payroll including CPF, maternity, childcare leaves submission
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and conduct headcount reconciliations analysis
- Review existing process, workflow and enhance HR efficiency
- Updating and maintain personnel records
- Process staff confirmations, annual appraisal, increments and bonus
- Application and Renewal of Employment and Work Pass with MOM
- Submission of medical and hospitalization claim to insurance agent
- Maintain staff training record and administer staff training
- Manage and take care of staff benefits, compensation and welfare
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Know the policy of MOM,CPF,IRAS very well.
- Office Management related to HR
**Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma in HRM or equivalent, bachelor’s degree holder better.
- High integrity with ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
