This position will involve in day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to the management. Key Responsibilities: Administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, leave application, issuance of letter of confirmation and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (info-tech) and audits for accuracy and compliance. Co-ordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Foreign employee pass application. Payroll processing and CPF/IR8A/IR21 submission. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Assist in performance appraisal processes. Organize company events like team bonding and parties. Manage office maintenance activities, pantry and office supplies Qualifications: Only Singaporeans Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in a startup or fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and knowledge of INFO-TECH systems is a plus.
