**Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage all the HR processes and administration that contribute to the policy, recruitment, engagement, retention, employee development, and compliance with the Employment and EFMA Acts.

**Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for employee data management and ensuring all employee data are currently up to date.

2. Submit quarterly or annual statistic reports according to MOM requirements.

4. Renew all foreign employees’ work passes, insurance, and levy payments on time.

5. Manage all employees’ disciplinary issues and recommend appropriate remedial actions.

6. Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes for all new hires and exits.

7. Perform exit clearance for all departing employees which includes cancellations of the work passes and tax declarations.

8. Implement HR policies and communicate the HR processes to all employees across all levels.

9. Prepare monthly payroll timely and accurate.

10. Initiate improvements to internal HR processes and systems to improve operations efficiency.

11. Participate in and manage any ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or Business Management.

2. At least five years of relevant HR operational experience and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

3. Able to build trust and uphold confidentiality with an eye for detail and is resourceful and creative.

4. Proficient in time management skills and MS Office.

5. Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment and EFMA Acts.

6. Able to work independently and collaboratively within the team.

7. Accountable and be able to communicate at different levels
