Customer Service Lead

Position : Customer Service Lead (Singapore)
1. Responsible to raise Sales Order and coordinate with Sales Person & Purchasing for buffer stock planning.
2. Follow up stock arrival and notifu customer the stock allocation for planning delivery schedule.
3. Prepare Delivery Order and Invoice; and liaise with Logistic Department for delivery arrangement.
4. Handle customer complaints and escalate them to relevant departments for resolution. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure issues are properly addressed.
5. Oversee and verify customer service tasks to ensure accuracy and approve completed tasks and provide necessary feedback or corrections.
6. Provide instructions to customer service representatives on additional tasks or process improvements.
7. Identify and address challenges in order processing and Communicate with relevant stakeholders to make effective decisions and resolve issues promptly.
8. Attend and conduct internal and external meetings and training sessions as required.
9. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to align with.current workflows.
10. Any other tasks may assign by Management from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
