Customer Service Executive

**Job Description**:
Building customer relations to deliver optimal sales and aftersales support to our clients. Customer interaction includes online platforms messengers and live chats.
Ability to effectively work with a team.
Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time.
Staying up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services and assisting them.
Issue invoicing and job production order which is the major task.
Daily Ad Hoc tasks to be handled from time to time based on performance and strength.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Good in spoken English and communicates well.
This role requires you to have the ability to be customer centric, passionate and understanding that customer engagement is a key constitute in the growth of the brand.
Focused and decisive, able to be independent to handle different situation.
Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing.
Be a team player to accomplish related task.
