**Main responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the Management and Commercial team to drive and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to increase sales revenue and improve profitability
- Proactively identify partner and pursue new business opportunities to achieve regional sales and volume targets in accordance with the Company’s strategic plan
- Responsible for leading the company’s online sales performance including digital marketing and e-Commerce Go-To-Market strategies. Exploring Overseas market and handle oversea key accounts
- Work closely with customers and internal teams for monthly master business activities plan and ensure excellent execution
- Partnering with Operation team to coordinate projects and accounts management for excellence customer experience
- Conduct in-depth market research and prepare reports on competitor intelligence, pricing analysis, market trends and market visits
- Networking opportunities at industry events to build and manage long-term relationship with business partners for business expansion
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements, when necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Diploma holder in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing; in the associated industries would be a plus
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership, and leadership
- Ability to influence and negotiate; prioritise, and multitask
- A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and/or cross-cultural team
- Strong written and verbal/presentation skills, with the ability to write business plan and proposals
- The role is required moderate travel

**Other Information**:

- Working Location: 48 Toh Guan Road East, Enterprise Hub
- 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays (8:45am to 6.00pm)
