- We are looking for a Business Application & Process Manager to join the Global Business Services division.
- Global Business Services provides high quality, scalable and cost-efficient business support services, such as finance, HR and IT, to companies in the Wilhelmsen group.- Who you are:
- What you will be doing:
- Ensure business operational knowledge of the Asset mgmt. solution and the mapping towards financial process requirements.
- Analyse and control the transactional data securing financial process and legal compliance.
- Ensure business process documentations, knowledge articles and training are developed and maintained.
- Support the Finance Manager responsible for the global accounts with analytics and issue resolution capabilities as well as support for the wider finance organization.
- Ensure that the incident management process is followed, and that incident and problem records accurately reflect actions taken to restore service.
- Follow up on process compliance and conduct/participate in process audits.

- Required experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with controlling activities, process and system improvements.
- Analytical mind and business acumen.
- Good understanding of finance/accounting concepts.
- Experience with ERP, process improvements and automation is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a change agent having effectively implemented process improvements in large cross functional organizations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to co-operate across organization lines internally.
- Familiar with agile framework and lean methodologies.
