Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Business & Customer Development

· Expand the customer base by identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients

· Follow up on sales leads and prospects, with a focus on converting them into active customers

· Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, inquiries, and shipment data in the system

· Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business growth

· Develop and execute monthly sales plans aligned with company growth targets

· Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

· Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Operations, to align sales strategies and ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction

Day to Day Operation

· Generate and deliver customer quotations based on incoming rate inquiries

· Track and manage changes in customer volume, proactively addressing issues related to inactive or lost accounts

· Plan, develop, and implement impactful sales campaigns to drive business growth

· Guide and support the Customer Service team by sharing relevant client information and overseeing tele-calling initiatives for both new and existing customers

· Compile, analyze, and present monthly sales performance reports to support strategic decision-making

Requirements-:

· Possess a minimum Diploma in Business/ Supply Chain Management

· Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding

· A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships

· Able to work well under pressure and consistently meet sales targets

· Committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor

· Applicants with more years of experience will be considered for a Managerial role.
