Job Description

We are a growing serviced apartment business with 250 rooms across 4 locations in Singapore.  Our unique offering caters to two distinct markets: undergraduate/postgraduate students and corporate stays. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth through B2B corporate sales channels and B2C channels together with our Sales team.

As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our properties. You will focus on building strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and Online Travel Agents (OTAs) to ensure consistent business growth.

You will also work with Community Management, Facilities Management and other functions to ensure a positive experience for residents with the feedback you receive in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Corporate & B2B Sales:

  2. Identify, target, and secure corporate clients for long-term stays.

  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  5. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.

  6. Student Accommodation Sales:

  7. Collaborate with educational institutions to promote and secure bookings for students.

  8. Develop tailored packages and solutions to meet the needs of student housing.

  9. Online Travel Agents (OTAs):

  10. Manage relationships with OTAs to optimize room inventory and pricing.

  11. Monitor OTA performance and implement strategies to increase visibility and bookings.

  12. Revenue Management:

  13. Analyse market trends and industry activity to identify opportunities for growth.

  14. Implement pricing and promotion strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.

5.     Sales Administration

  • Executive administrative tasks accurately and completely in relation to your role
  • Gather and provide sales and occupancy reports
  • Support the team in implementation of improved processes, software, and workflows
  • Execute the related agreements and issue invoices accurately in accordance with your role

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in B2C/B2B/corporate sales, preferably within the hospitality or serviced apartment industry is viewed favourably.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and their operations.
  • Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English. Being proficient in Mandarin will be a significant advantage.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Compensation: A competitive salary package ranging from S$2,500 to S$3,500 per month, fully compliant with Singaporean employment standards under the Employment Act and CPF Act.

  • Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 2 days of rest each week. There may be a need to work weekends or after-hours for emergencies or peak sales periods.
