Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Tuas. The Business Development Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and fostering relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, developing business strategies, conducting market research, and managing accounts. The role requires strong communication skills to effectively present and negotiate with clients, as well as coordination with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy development and market research
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven track record in Account Management
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work on-site in Tuas
