Udders is on a mission to be the most kickass ice cream brand in the Milky Way. From a tiny shop in 2007, our founders David and Peck Lin started Udders on a whim and a dream. The mission was to create Asian flavours for Asians, and Alcoholic flavours for…. well, Alcoholics () And to do it all with a big dose of sassy humour. Who else would name their brand after … ahem… cow teats?? And so the adventure began. To create drool-worthy, kickass flavours catering to the Asian palate, less heavy on sugar and cream, and yet bringing out the best natural (and alcoholic) ingredients in the ice creams.
We are now Singapore's largest homegrown creamery, with 20 outlets across Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines, distribution in 5 countries across Asia and Europe and on multiple airlines. How you will contribute
- Primary - Business development and sales in our Catering & Events (corporate sales, workshops, parties/celebrations) and Horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafes) channels.
- Identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Managing and maintaining consistent contact with existing clients.
- Presence on the ground at events to ensure things go smoothly.
- Managing part-timers and external vendors for catering events / workshops/
- Ensure sales targets (for B2C and B2B) are met.
- Implementing strategic business development efforts to support and drive sales growth in the Catering & Events and Horeca channels.
- You will be reporting to the Business Development Director.
What will help you succeed
- 2 years or more of sales and business development experience. Relevant experience in events / F&B will be advantageous, but a practical entrepreneurial mindset would more than make up for this.
