
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join my client's team and drive growth through new B2B partnerships and franchise development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client and franchisee relationships, and collaborating across departments to ensure strategic alignment and operational success.
Individuals with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
Location: West
Working days/hours: Mon – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities (B2B clients and franchise prospects) to expand the company's reach and revenue.
- Assess client requirements and develop customized solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication to ensure alignment with brand standards and company goals.
- Work closely with internal departments such as operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain to support franchisees and align on strategic initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or any related field
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or client / affiliation relationship management (Fresh ok)
- Possess strong communication skills, with good presentation
- Good time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Familiarity with supply chain, logistics or e-commerce will be an added advantage
