Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end air import/export operations accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure timely billing and invoice submission to support prompt payments
  • Verify cargo permits and conditions before release to warehouse/traffic team
  • Prepare and submit MAWB/HAWB and permit declarations
  • Track and follow up on shipments with customers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters, and overseas agents
  • Coordinate effectively with all stakeholders for smooth operations
  • Proficient in CCN and relevant airfreight systems
  • Handle documentation and communications with customers and overseas partners

Requirements:

  • GCE "O" Level/ Diploma in logistics management or equivalent.
  • Min 2 year of relevant experience.
