- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **ONLY those with ACTUAL working experience in BOTH Air AND Sea Freight NEED to apply.**:
- **A-Z knowledge in freight forwarding from job execution, costing, billing to close file.**:
- Permit Declaration - TradeNet functions.
- AWB submission thru CCNhub, cutting airway bill.
- Able to execute Draft BL to Carrier and Co-Loader.
- Provide a pro-active and comprehensive service to customers (including your own Team Members)
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager In Charge or Management to assist the Team when necessary
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Must have prior experience in Accrual and WIP.
- Check and verify correctness of supplier’s invoices and data entry.
- Generation of billing invoices upon job completion for weekly reporting on job profit to HQ.
- Sorting and filing (manual and eDoc) of document on job basis to prevent any backlog in paper administration
- **Skills / Qualifications Requirement**:
- Familiar with air and sea documentation and procedure is a MUST
- **Experience in CargoWiseOne system will be added bonus**
- **Min. 10 years** of experience in freight forwarding with **Good Track Record**
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and overtime, working with agents in different time zone.
