We are looking for a passionate and hands‑on Senior HR Executive to join our client who is a dynamic investment group with diversified businesses across oil & gas, hospitality, and branding consultancy . This is a key HR generalist role where you will manage the full employee life cycle and support both Singapore and overseas offices , ensuring smooth operations and compliance across regions. Key Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR functions , including recruitment, onboarding, work pass applications, and offboarding. Handle monthly payroll , income tax filing (IR8A), and HR‑related compliance matters. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and benefits for local and overseas offices. Review and enhance HR policies to ensure alignment with best practices and evolving business needs. Oversee insurance renewals and provide support for employee insurance‑related queries. Coordinate training programs and recommend employee well‑being initiatives. Participate in HR audits and government surveys (e.g., MOM). Collaborate with the administrative and IT support teams to ensure efficient staff operations. Handle other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent; IHRP‑CP certification is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role. Experience managing HR matters independently or in a sole‑contributor capacity. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance . Proficient in MS Excel and Word ; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus. Hands‑on, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
