  • Position : Sales Account Manager (Semiconductor Industry Preferred) with Commission
  • Location : Gambas Crescent
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6:30PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic before Commission + AWS + 14 Days Leave
  • Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow the sales of existing account base and penetrate into new accounts.
  • Widen the market share, clientele of the Company's and range of services.
  • Managing & retaining relationships with existing key clients and their key middle management personnel
  • Quickly respond to customers' requests (RFQ) & providing quotes with excellent follow up
  • Study & analyze the market trends to ensure achieving sales targets
  • Commercial negotiations with stakeholders (clients)
  • Work closely with the company operations team to ensure clients' expectation
  • Manage client's accounts on billing and contractual matters
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales or customer relationship roles
  • Familiarity with sales software, ERP/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
