HR Shared Services Assistant

Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Contract Duration: 3 months subject to further extension

Salary: Up to $2900

Working Hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR Payment Team in ensuring timely and accurate processing of HR-related payments, reimbursements, manpower billings, and honorarium for all institutions and departments within the company.
  • Consistently meet the assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Carry out HR processing in compliance with company policies and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including internal Group Shared Services teams, department administrators, and various institutional business partners.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance overall employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience or knowledge in finance or payroll administration, especially in healthcare, will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Meticulous, independent, proactive, and equipped with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Excel to manage large datasets.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team setting.
