We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR professional to lead a Group Shared Services team in delivering efficient, consistent, and compliant HR operational support across multiple business units. This position plays a vital role in overseeing the execution of post-onboarding employee lifecycle processes and driving system and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility
- Lead and manage the HR Data Management team to ensure timely and accurate processing of HR data across all business units.
- Oversee the achievement of Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and the delivery of the Data Management workplan.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR data management, ensuring adherence to internal policies and relevant legislative requirements.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, including Centres of Excellence (COEs), Shared Services cross-functional teams, HRIS, and business partners.
- Manage projects, streamline processes, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote Shared Services values of Quality, Efficiency, and Service.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR operations. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team within a shared services or centralised HR environment.
- Proven experience leading HR data management or similar HR operations functions within a shared services or large-scale organisational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.
- Working knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) and automation tools.
