About the Role:
Join the HR Shared Services team at a leading healthcare organization as a Senior Executive Assistant on a 3-month contract (with potential extension). You'll support HR payment and administration processes, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery across multiple departments and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Payment Team with processing HR-related payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, and honoraria.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are consistently met.
- Execute HR processes in compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Handle other assigned duties or projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year of HR experience; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Knowledge of finance or payroll administration in healthcare is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), with the ability to handle large data sets.
- Meticulous, independent, and proactive with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail oriented.
