Reporting to the Senior Manager People Services, we are looking for an Senior Executive to join our People Services team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our HR operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing HR processes, systems, and policies, ensuring compliance, and driving HR operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management:

·       Involve in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, performance appraisal administration, benefits administration, and HRIS data management.

·       Ensure accuracy and compliance in all HR transactions and system records.

·       Conduct new hire inductions

·       Administer the medical and insurance coverage for staff and staff welfare programmes

Process Improvement:

·       Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.

·       Streamline HR workflows and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

Budgeting, Compliance and Reporting:

·       Ensure compliance with all the local employment laws and regulations.

·       Prepare and submit required compliance reports and documentation.

·       Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

·       Support HR audit process

·       Provide support for the annual staff cost budgeting exercise, monthly manpower forecast or cross-charging of manpower cost between departments.

HR Helpdesk Support:

·       Manage the HR helpdesk to provide timely and accurate responses to employee enquiries.

·       Develop and maintain a knowledge base of HR policies, procedures, and common questions.

HR Projects:

·       Involve in current system implementation to SuccessFactors and upcoming upgrade to EC Payroll through requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pre-and-post system go-live support. Any other duties and assignments as assigned.

·       Participate in process improvement initiatives or other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

·       Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR operations.

·       Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

·       Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

·       IT Savvy with exposure to HRIS. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
