About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Service Staff to join our team at Tc People Pte Ltd in the Central Region. As a Service Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment. This is a full-time position, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area
  5. Assisting with setup and breakdown of the dining area as required
  6. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly
  7. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience
  8. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or café setting
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
  5. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  6. A friendly, positive and professional attitude
