Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for assigned business units.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Build and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support organizational change management and employee development programs.
  • Advise and guide managers on HR-related matters aligned with business objectives.
  • Resolve employee concerns and conflicts fairly and consistently.

Performance Management:

  • Support performance management processes, including monitoring progress and reporting.
  • Assist with disciplinary cases and performance improvement plans when needed.

HR Services & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with data protection policies.
  • Ensure HR initiatives comply with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and workplace issues.

Regional/Organizational Support:

  • Collaborate with senior HR management on regional or organizational HR initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and programs as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, including the Employment Act.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
